Distributorship

An Appleridge Stone Distributor enters into an agreement with Appleridge Stone International, Inc. (the Corporation) to provide a local inventory of Appleridge products, which he will supply to a network of Dealer locations in his territory. He will have exclusive distribution rights within a prescribed territory. He may elect to sell directly to contractor customers as well. If he has a showroom location, he may offer retail sales in his immediate locale. He may also want to offer installer services in his immediate locale, or to establish a network of “certified” installers.

Requirements

An investment in inventory sufficient to serve the territory he serves is required. A Distributor must be able to provide personal or employee time for the purpose of establishing Dealer sales outlets at established retail business locations (lumberyards, masonry supply businesses, fireplace shops, etc.) A warehouse facility large enough to store the required inventory is an initial requirement. A forklift and a truck for delivering small and medium sized orders would also be required.
